Payments & Shipping

Please simply follow cart/checkout steps and all shipping options as well as payment options will be offered to you.

Our store base currency is USD,other currency values are only imformative and may varry from actual rates.

Payment terms:
We accept following payments:

- Paypal (credit cards via Paypal.More at www.paypal.com )
- Credit or debit cards (over Stripe.com)
- Money order,cashiers checks,checks(must clear before we ship)
- Bank draft (please ask for our IBAN,payments available also in EUR)
- Cash (as the last option when necessary,in registered mail upon own risk when get lost)

Please ask us advance if you need some other form of payment to make.If buyer doesn´t provide direct payment with order,we will send afterwards invoice with payment instructions for paypal,credit cards,check or bank payment.We hold unpaid order for few days than return items back for sale.

Shipping terms

Shipping is automaticaly calculated by our cart,it depends on weight and destination,final price is described in cart before buyer complete his order after buyer enter his billing/shipping adress.

We provide shipping by registered airmail or by insured registered airmail) as good economy and reliable shipping option.

Optional express shipping (We use DHL Express and UPS Express options)
Beside this we offer also comfortable fast express shipping by DHL or ups.Rates for all actual options are displayed at cart/checkout form based on destinations.Express shipping method is available only for orders of product totals 150 USD and above.Thank you for understanding.

Usualy we ship out parcels within 2-5 days if we are not away,due to bussines trips some delay is available,but in most situation we do our best to provide shipping maximum within 10 days from the day when order was received or approved.Please calculate in certain situations is not possible to ship parcel immediately.Thanks for understanding.

Arrival is usualy about 5-10 days for european destinations,other worldwide destinations 7 - 14 days,overseas destinations may take sometimes a bit longer,up to 3-4 weeks.

Free shipping offers are not available for dealer orders as well for orders with special requested discounts.

Registered mail is very reliable shipping option,and in our more than 15 years history we registered very few parcels as lost,however we recommend to buyers to use full insurance for  parcels in higher values.Basic insurance covers value up to 50 USD if parcel is lost.

Using not insured parcel is fully at own risk of buyer and in this case we CAN NOT be responsible if parcel is lost.Please calculate with it.

In most situations shipping fee which is calculated during order is price you will be charged by us.For dealer orders or some larger quantity it may varry little bit.If you feel,that shipping costs are not correct,please simply provide order without direct payment,we will check your items and confirm final price shortly to you.

Refund policy:
We offer refund less shipping costs if material is safely shipped back and received within 30 days.Items must be exactly in same conditions,not damaged and carefuly packed.We recommend that you inform us via email if you plan to request refund.Due to new Paypal refund policy we do not refund paypal fees as it is also not refundable by paypal.

Parcels must be returned back to Czech Republic.Buyer is responsible to pay shipping costs of returned parcel.Returned parcels from outside EU have to be also processed by customs and related fees we have to deduct from refunded amount.

Tax and custom fees responsibility
Customers outside EU comunity are responsible for any import fees,taxes and related charges.
