Data Processing Agreement

Pendant-World.com shop owner ("Server") available from the URL (https://www.pendant-world.com), operated by David Kalát, Počernická 330/92, Prague 10, Czech Republic, Ico : 41163443 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") as the Server operator, hereby grants to the Administrator its consent to the provision of Section 5 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data and Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter the " personal data ") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council with the processing of personal data and other data provided by the user.

in particular for the purpose of creating and maintaining the user's Server User
Account by the Administrator and answering his inquiries. Consent to Data Processing The User is provided by the Administrator for a period of 10 years, with the User's permission at any time at the info@pendant-world.com Administrator's address. The Administrator guarantees the User also the other rights mentioned in the provisions of Sections 11 and 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., As amended. You have the right to withdraw at any time, ask us for information about what personal data we process, ask us for an explanation regarding the processing of personal data, request us access to these data and update or correct them, request us to erase this personal data, in case of doubt regarding compliance with personal data processing requirements, contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
