Our fees are automaticaly calculated by cart regarding shipping destination and weight.

We provide shipping by registered airmail since it´s only one reasonable way to ship promptly and for acceptable costs.DHL,UPS and simillar are very expensive from our destination.Registered mail is very reliable service.

Dellivery:
Dellivery time is usualy for Europe 5-10 days,for USA,Australia,Japan and all other non-european destinations 7-21 days (occasionaly may take up to 4 weeks,but very seldom...)

Express dellivery
Upon request we can arrange shipping via EMS,which should take about 3-5 days.Price depends on weight and location,please contact us in advance,if you need express dellivery,we will send you price quote asap.

Insurance:
Each parcel is basicaly insured up to value of 60 USD.Registered mail is very reliable,since about 1999 we have registered only few lost parcels for all those years,maybe 4-5 only,that is excellent result.
Our company offer ourselves insurance for value up to 100 USD,not money refund,but we give to buyer a buing credit to provide another purchase and get replacement for lost item(s).If order was more than 100 USD,maximum credit will be just 100 USD.Parcel has to be declared and confirmed as lost by our Czech Post.

Full insurance: (100% of order value)
For higher value orders (we recommend 400-500 USD and more) you can consider using full insured registered mail,conditions varry for every country,not all destination coutries are available to use this method,for most of european countries as well as USA,UK,Australia,Japan,etc this method is available.In case we find out that your country is not available,we will contact you and suggest some other method.We recommend using full insured mail for orders of 500 USD and more.Smaller value orders are optional,please ask advance if you are not sure or need advice.

Want to purchase more than 100 USD,but look for economy way without paying full insurance ? As example,you wish to purchase more specimens in value of let´s say 200 USD,if you provide 2 orders,you pay double shipping fee,but your parcels will be insured for 120 USD (money refund) or you get from us 200 USD credit to provide purchase if your parcels get lost.
